Building Skills for Tomorrow

We build skills, instill values and develop social intelligence.

What is ISKCO

ISKCO refers to Integrated Skills Knowledge Competency Framework which aims to build future ready students by interrogating academic learning with skills development while instilling values and social intelligence. The Framework identifies discipline specific and neutral skills and, maps the students self attributes. It  helps HEI to map their pedagogical approach towards a more inclusive and multidisciplinary approach to learning.

 Social Intelligence

Higher education must foster inquiry, critical thinking, creativity, and an ethic of collaboration and solidarity. UNESCO Global Roadmap for Transforming Higher Education (2025) calls for education systems to centre sustainability, stewardship, and regeneration, each of which requires the social intelligence dimension ISKCO provides

Skills do not require credentials,  qualifications or examination scores.

Yet,   critical thinking, social influence, adaptive expertise  span across cognitive, practical, and social dimensions simultaneously. No single-dimensional framework can develop all three. According to the World Economic Forum, Future of Job Report 2025, 63% of employers cite the skills gap as the most significant barrier to business transformation.

Values are not stated but cultivated

Social and Emotional Skills for Better Lives (2024) notes persistence, curiosity, empathy, and creativity are linked to better outcomes across academic performance, professional success, and life satisfaction. These are the self-attributes of the ISKCO Framework.
